Cold storage = jelly-like consistency
Warm storage = more liquid consistency

Best before date on packaging

Store in a cool, dark place once opened, keep opened jars refrigerated and consume within 2 days.

Tip:After opening, portion the conch soup into ice cubes and freeze.
