All orders are shipped via DHL Express within 1-2 business days. The reusable box is returned either via Swiss Post or DHL.

Dry shipping

We ship orders that only contain items that don't require refrigeration. Wherever possible, we use previously used shipping boxes to conserve resources and ensure a more sustainable shipping experience.

Disposable box

Ideal for shipping smaller orders containing both dry and fresh items. The box has a volume of approximately 18 liters and is large enough for 12 large sausages, for example.

The box can be conveniently disposed of in the carton.

Our reusable Styrofoam box is ideal for all kinds of large and small orders. The box has a volume of approximately 33 liters, making it plenty large.

Each box comes with a return label so you can return it to us.
