1. Scope of Application
All deliveries and services provided by buon viando GmbH are provided exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. Any provisions deviating from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing between buon viando GmbH and the customer.

2. Offer / Prices
Product prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the legally required VAT (as of August 2, 2022). The prices stated on the website at the time of order receipt apply. Special prices only apply if your order reaches us during the offer period and while stocks last. We present the products online to the best of our knowledge and obtain the product descriptions from our suppliers. We cannot be held liable for any incorrect information provided by suppliers. buon viando GmbH undertakes to provide the advice entrusted to it to the best of its knowledge and belief, as well as with due care and competence. However, this is only possible if the client informs buon viando GmbH of all necessary information and provides appropriate instructions (e.g., regarding the animal's medical history, type and frequency of feeding, possible dangers, illnesses, medications, etc.). Despite careful content control, we assume no liability for the content of external links. The operators of the linked sites are solely responsible for their content.

3. Order / Conclusion of Contract
The order placed by the buyer is binding. When ordering online, by clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the order form and simultaneously confirm your agreement to the General Terms and Conditions. Deliveries of smaller orders are carried out by DHL (special reusable Styrofoam boxes). Please also consult the delivery conditions on our website.

Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website www.buonviando.ch and by email to info@buonviando.ch. We accept orders by phone at +41 (0)76 366 05 45 (office hours). Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent immediately. Orders placed by email or phone are also subject to the Terms and Conditions and will be confirmed by email from buon viando GmbH. If you do not receive confirmation of your order, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

4. Payment Terms
We offer the following payment options:

Invoice via online bank transfer: Payment deadline within 30 days.

In the event of late payment, buon viando GmbH reserves the right to charge a reminder fee of CHF 15.00 per reminder and a 5% interest rate, and to withhold further delivery until full payment is received.

5. Shipping
The shipping costs for DHL delivery, including return postage, are CHF 28.50 incl. VAT.
The rates and delivery conditions are also published on the buon viando GmbH website and are binding.

We assume no liability or guarantee if the goods thaw if the order cannot be picked up in person.

Deliveries are only made within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The goods will be delivered if available from stock. The customer will be notified of the approximate delivery time on the day of delivery via the telephone number provided. This service is free of charge. Under no circumstances do delivery delays give rise to claims for damages or a right of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

6. Availability
If an item is unavailable at short notice, the customer will be informed immediately. If, after conclusion of the contract, we discover that the ordered goods or services are no longer available through no fault of our own, that delivery by the manufacturer has not taken place, or that delivery is not possible due to force majeure or unforeseen impediments to performance that cannot be remedied through reasonable expenditure, we are entitled to either offer goods or services of equivalent quality and price or to withdraw from the contract. We will inform the customer immediately of the unavailability. Any payments already received will be credited immediately after withdrawal from the contract.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Defects
Complaints regarding deviations from the order or defects, provided they can be determined through reasonable inspection, must be made immediately, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods, in writing (with a photo and the lot number of the product in question). Exchange, vouchers, or refunds for goods will only be issued if the complaint is justified.

Goods damaged by the customer or their pet will not be replaced. Product images of natural products may show variations in color and texture.

8. Retention of Title
The goods and service products remain the property of buon viando GmbH until full payment has been received.
Pledging, transferring as security, or selling the goods prior to transfer of ownership is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Protection
The protection of your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We naturally adhere to Swiss data protection laws. You have the right at any time to request information about the data stored about you (scope, purpose) or to request its deletion free of charge. Your data will never be passed on to third parties.

10. Legal System / Place of Jurisdiction
In the event of disputes, Swiss law shall apply exclusively. buon viando GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of buon viando GmbH, Schlieren.
