Start: Start slowly with small amounts, e.g. 1/4 teaspoon per 20 kg body weight, one to three times a day.
Increase: The dosage can be gradually increased to one to two teaspoons (depending on body weight), a maximum of three times a day, depending on tolerance.
Time of intake: Ideally, it should be taken 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.Important: Bentonite should always be mixed with sufficient water (400-500 ml) to ensure optimum effect.
Note: No other food supplements should be taken at the same time as Bentonite. Keep at least 30 minutes between the preparations.
