What are nettle seeds?
Nettle seeds come from the common stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) and are usually harvested in late summer. The small, greenish-brown grains are rich in vitamin E, linoleic acid, plant hormones, and minerals. Application & Dosage
Our organic nettle seed powder can be easily mixed into daily food. It has a mild, nutty flavor and is generally well-received.
Dog: ¼ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon daily (depending on size)
Cat: A pinch to ¼ teaspoon daily

A course of 4–8 weeks is suitable for targeted support; for older animals, the dose can be extended after consultation with a specialist.
And how does this differ from nettle leaves?
In short: The seeds strengthen – the leaves dehydrate.
